The heart of the city

The Prinzipalmarkt brings all of Münster together. So it seemed only natural to name our largest and most elegant apartment the “Prinzipal”. Delft tiles, historic sandstone elements and a vast transom window facade emphasize its proximity to the center of Münster. The apartment has an open bedroom with a double bed and large closet. The spacious living and eating area has plenty of space for a fully equipped kitchenette, a seating area, a corner sofa bed that sleeps two extra people and a chair that can also be opened out into a single bed. The bathroom features a toilet and a floor-level shower.

Prinzipalmarkt

Bringing Münster together

In the center of the old town, the Prinzipalmarkt brings all of Münster together. The gables and archways of the old merchant houses dominate the architecture of the marketplace. These houses bear silent witness to the city’s eventful history:

feel and touch the legacy of the Hanseatic League, the Anabaptist kingdom of Münster and the European powers’ negotiations to end the Thirty Years’ War with the Peace of Westphalia.

But the marketplace isn’t just for history buffs. Most of the shops around the square are still owned by long-established Münster merchants. It’s definitely worth a visit!
